Death of Steve Jobs: Suicide or No?

The question for every person who just find out they have cancer is usually ``Do I treat this? How do I treat this?``
When told he had cancer about a year or so ago Steve Jobs- the mastermind behind the Apple corporation and many other projects,  must have been presented with the same dilema.
Instead of choosing Chemotherapy , radiation, surgery, or any of the other typical forms of treatment available to cacer patients, it appears he had chosen to stick to nonagressive, natural ,and herbal medicines.
It is every persons right what to do with their own body , including wether they want it saved or not.
However after choosig those natural remedies many peopl were also left wondering if this was the right choice.
In my persoa opinion, choosing real treatment so late was the wrong choice to fight his cancer.
Cancer is an aggresive disease that causes many deaths every year and has no real known cure. It needs to be fought aggressivly. I think that Steve Job`s choice of treatment may have helped cause his death.
Choosing another form of medical treatment could have benefitted him ad given him more time. I am however no Doctor, but I am sure that many may have coem to the same conclusion.

A Whole New Libya

Moammar Gadhafi ,Libya`s former leader, was killed last week and there is much debate over how he actually died, and who is responsible.
After being captured last week by rebel forces, alive, with only a gunshot wound to the arm, he was later found dead by gun shot wound to the head.
The question then arises, was this a war crime? Undisclosed by autopsy reports people then wonder, was he killed is crossfire or by close range. According to CNN World News `A `new Libya` Must Probe Gadhafi Death`, the United Nations High Commisioner for Human Rights, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and even U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton are calling for outside investigations on what actually went on with Gadafi`s death.
Now that Libya`s dictator is gone, they are a free country. The new government there have promised early elections and a fast chage to democracy. To be approved for foreign money assistance , however, Libya must prove that they ar commited to human rights. With the mystery surrounding Gadhafi`s death along with many other mysterious deaths brought to light recently  around the country an new begining might prove to be very challenging for them. The answer to how Gadhafi died could hold the key to what the future will look like for Libya.

Spider Man

This movie really marked my past because I was very addicted to super heroes (and I’m still being) and the movie came in a specific time in my life.
Peter Parker was just a photographer when he was minced by a spider, in a museum. After this his life changed a lot, including his body and his psychological aspect. He started to defend New York against the crime and some people really dangerous. He was completely in love for Mary Jane, a beautiful and hard working girl, who put him in danger many times.
Three movies have already been launched with success at the box office, and another one will be launched in 2012.
I  recommend to those who didn’t see to watch it .
Thanks,

Flash mob

What is a Flash mob?

A flash mob  is a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and sometimes seemingly pointless act for a brief time, then disperse, often for the purposes of entertainment, artistic expression or in rare cases violence. Flash mobs are organized via telecommunications, social media, or viral emails.

Is a movement that is already very interesting, unexpected, unusual. Sometimes it's just fun for those watching, sometimes intended to pass something important for society

Yes Man ( Sim senhor)

Jim Carrey in the role of Carl Allen is  a man who says no to everything, never do anything different and  live the same life every day. Then, because of a friend he decides to participate in a self-help program based on a simple principle: say "yes" to everything and anything. At first he is crazy and it turns his life upside down. But soon he begins to realize infinite possibilities to life better than before.

This film shows that we can't be pessimistic, we have to create opportunities. After you watch this movie, your life will change for the better!  You will see the world through different eyes. It talks about how you can balance what you want, choose the best for you and for your life.

Flash Mobs

I don’t know what I like most in flash mobs, the beginning, when no one is expecting that something huge is going to happen, or the end, when people pretend that nothing huge has happened at all.
This is a very nice flash mob in Liverpool, it’s a mix of various types of songs and people are much synchronized. It’s impressive, in fact.

Flash Mob

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVJVRywgmYM

This video is a Michael Jackson's Flash Mob, made in Stockholm, after his death.
More than 300 dancers met to honor the most famous singer ever. They perfomed Thiller,
a music from the album Thriller, the best sold album of the world.

The perfomance is very good, that's why I like more this video than the others,
there are lots of honors for Michael Jackson, but, only a few are well done, Michael was,
in fact, the most famous and polemic entertainer.

Flash Mobs

Hi guys, our theme this week is "Flash Mob", do you know what is it?

A flash mob is a group of people who assemble suddenly in a public place, perform an unusual and sometimes seemingly pointless act for a brief time, then disperse, often for the purposes of entertainment, satire, artistic expression or, in recently increasing cases, violence. Flash mobs are organized via telecommunications, social media, or viral emails.

One of the first flash mobs was created in
Manhattan in May 2003, by Bill Wasik, senior editor of Harper's Magazine. The first attempt was unsuccessful after the targeted retail store was tipped off about the plan for people to gather. Wasik avoided such problems during the second flash mob, which occurred on June 3, 2003, at Macy's
department store, by sending participants to preliminary staging areas – in four prearranged Manhattan bars – where they received further instructions about the ultimate event and location just before the event began.
More than 130 people converged upon the ninth floor rug department of the store, gathering around an expensive rug. Anyone approached by a sales assistant was advised to say that the gatherers lived together in a warehouse on the outskirts of New York, that they were shopping for a "love rug", and that they made all their purchase decisions as a group. Subsequently, 200 people flooded the lobby and mezzanine of the Hyatt hotel in synchronized applause for about 15 seconds, and a shoe boutique in SoHo
was invaded by participants pretending to be tourists on a bus trip.

The Worldwide Pillow Fight Day (or International Pillow Fight Day) is one of the most popular flash mobs where people come together to make a big pillow fight. Over 25 cities around the globe participated in the first "international flash mob", which was the world's largest flash mob to date. According to The Wall Street Journal, more than 5,000 participated in New York City, overtaking London's 2006 Silent Disco gathering as the largest recorded flash mob. Word spread via social networking sites, including Facebook,
Myspace
, private blogs, public forums, personal websites, as well as by word of mouth, text messaging, and email.

I hope you enjoyed and learned a little more about these
instant
meetings
that are flash mobs.

Flash Mobile

Flash mob of the pillow battle held in Madrid.

Flash mobs are instant agglomerations of people in a public place to perform a certain action before an unusual combination, these dispersing as soon as gathered. The term usually applies to meetings organized via e-mail or media.
From Wikipedia.

Flash mobs are the actions of people together that make workers "break" with the routine and have fun, so as to not disrupt the plans of pedestrians.

OUR LOVE IS LIKE THE WIND, I CAN’T SEE IT BUT I FEEL IT

Hello, this week I'll talk about a subject that everybody likes: movies.

I chose the movie 'A walk to remember' what was done in 2002, based on the novel of the same title, written by Nicholas Sparks.

Landon  Carter (Shane West) is a teen-problem and is always getting into trouble. When one of his  jokes  goes  wrong  and  leaves  a  colleague  paralyzed,  he  is  forced  to  participate  in the school's  drama  club  as  punishment.  It  is  there  that  he  meets  the  innocent Jamie Sullivan (Mandy  Moore),  until  then  a  stranger  to  whom  he  had  hardly looked at. In his innocence, Jamie Landon offers to help in his new role.

The  infectious  personality  Jamie  and  Landon  feels natural connection that leads him to look into your  own  heart  and  realize  that there is something more to this relationship. However, Jamie  is  a  girl  that  Landon  would never want to see until 6 months earlier, very different from the superficial girls with whom he used to hang out.

Talking  more  about  the  movie  would  spoil the emotionally dense jouney that it is and so I will stop here.

This is a beautiful movie, very romantic, super inspiring and sad, with a lovely couple and an equally excellent soundtrack, perfect for watching with your boyfriend under the blanket.

Watch! It’s really PERFECT!

Kisses!
Sabrina

Flash mob or not.

It was a flash mob, but it wasn’t.
If you watch the video, you’re going to notice that it was not on purpose.
A man just started a very bizarre dance on a music festival and then people joined him copying his strange movements.  The party seemed more exciting after that.
I just chose this video because I thought it is nice when a person is brave enough to start something and make the difference or change something. It was a very poor example but still…
I bet that other guys in the party were wishing someone start to dance so they wouldn’t be ashamed of themselves dancing alone, or not, maybe they were just too high…
In fact, I just knew that my mates were probably going to take flash mobs about Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Waka Waka, Frozen (my favorite) or zombies. I already put here a lightsaber flash mob in Bristol and I wanted to do something different.

Disney's Tarzan

Movie Description
Memorable, captivating, and heart-warming, young, orphaned Tarzan is taken in by a infinitely-kind gorilla named Kala. After many delightful years in the jungle, Tarzan is discovered by an explorer who reveals Tarzan isn't like the rest of the gorillas. Given the choice to leave the jungle, Tarzan must decide whether to stay with the family he knows or go where he thinks he belongs.
See full size image
The movie Tarzan, marked a lot my childhood, because I identified myself with the situation in which Tarzan is, displaced, without knowing his true function in the world. Besides demonstrating the connection between father and son, which is deep and true, even when it's not the same "blood."

Flashh Mobbb yayyy!! :D

A flash mob is when a large group of people get together in a large public place and perform a random dance and then disperse as if nothing ever happened. These performances seem pointless at the time but are very fun to watch, and in the past few years have become a major craze . Some have used this act for advertising but mostly it isnt for the purpose of and organized event or to make a point, but it is done just for the fun of doing it. Professionals aren`t even often involved (maybe just to choreograph the dance moves but it is generally doen by everyday people. One of the most famous ones out there is the T-Mobile flashmob.

another well known flashmob is the Glee II fashmob in Italy.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off

Oh, how I love old movies.
I thought that I could write about a million movies here. It's actually very difficult to choose one.
Ferris Bueller’s Day Off is one of my favorite movies. In fact it’s one of the list that my aunt told me and my cousins to watch, because they could be old but they are brilliant. I won’t forget the first time I saw Star Wars - again with my cousins. We were excited to watch just because my dad told us that it was nice since he was young. We went to the cinema to watch Episode III. We couldn’t believe how amazing it was with the force and lightsabers. That’s why the next Fridays, after school, we’ve promised ourselves to watch all of them in a roll. We've never finished episode IV together.
One day I was trying to find something nice on TV and I got half of Back To The Future. Needless to say that I loved and got to see all of them. Now every movie I watch that people goes back or further in time look such a poor copy of them.
Now back to Ferris Bueller and why I love this movie:
 - Ferris teaches you how to skip classes, and most important, without being caught. He talks with you. He actually does that all the time.
- Matthew Broderick just does the funniest faces ever. He just looks at the camera to convince you that it isn’t so wrong lie if you to do it properly.
- Everybody likes him. And I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t if you watch the end of the movie.
- He doesn’t see what’s wrong of having a day with no worries or responsibilities. See, there isn’t anything wrong with this.
- That are quotes I’ll never forget, like: “Anyone? Anyone?” or “Jeanine? Is that you?”
- Charlie Sheen is on this movie.
- Ferris says that his friends shouldn't ask what they're going to do, but what they aren't going to do.
- 'Twist and Shout' and "Oh Yeah" are one of the sountrack of this movie.

“Ferris Bueller, you’re my hero” – Cameron, I couldn’t agree more with you.

Premier: November 18 this year.Brazil has some magic in the air, Robert and Kristen have never been more at ease and so openly passionate before. Robsten is hot! Robsten is romantic. Robsten is real! Well, the Brazilian fans are anxious for the premiere of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn", and "calientes" scenes of the couple Bella and Edward.

Favorite Childhood Movies

One beneift of growing up in the United States are the movies! :) There are many classics and many new ones coming out all the time, but two movies that have stuck with me throughout my childhood are The Sandlot and Forest Gump.

The Sandlot is about a boy ( Scotty Smalls) growing up in the 1960`s , who is new to town, and really wants to learn how to play baseball and to make new friends. He soon is taken under the wing of Rodrigez, a boy in his neighbor hood who is amazing at baseball. Soon Smalls fits into Rodrige`s group of baseball friends. Together they all play in the sandlot, an old baseball feild. Behind the back fence of the sandlot lies `The Beast`. After hitting a ball, signed by Babe Ruth, over the fence to where the beast is they go on an adventure trying to retreive it. I love ,love, love this movie! It`s a classic in the United States, and it`s one that is quoted all the time.
Another Classic that is special to me is Forest Gump. Forest Gump is about a man who throughout his life is not very smart, but has been present at many historical points in time, and acheived many great things. However, Although he has doen so much in life with so little, his one love (Jenny) always eludes him. This is another movie that is quoted all the time, and is a classic. It also has a really good message, I think- That if you put a little effort into life you will be plesantly suprised with the outcomes.
Both of these movies are great period pieces ang both carry great messages!
These are just some of the ones that were special to me growing up. :)

V for Vendetta

This film is called V for Vendetta, released in 2006. This film is situated in a alternative future where people were controlled by a kind of a military government.A man who called himself "V", wants revenge (vendetta) for a human experiment that transformed him in a monster. In a backstreet, he finds a girl called Evey, who later he falls in love for.
This film has a social and cultural representation, a man who wants to open the popluation's minds so they can fight against the militaries.
It's a very good film, actualy, it's my favority one, you will spend a short time waching it a gain centuries of knowledge.

Read this book

Castelo de vidro (glass castle)

This book is very interesting. It tells the story of a woman since childhood.Narrated by itself, showing feelings of hurt and rejection by the education he received from his parents. Loads shame the lifestyle chosen by his parents, butalso shows feelings of any free trial.
There are times when the desire to laugh at your crazy stories, but sometimesyou want to cry at the hard life she had.

I say it is very interesting because I think striking attitudes of parents with their children this story and who is the mother's protective father and I feel someanger and at the same time, you can draw conclusions that lead to reflection and consequent enhancement and strengthening of its values. This is not always light reading, often thought too many details, but it is a richand fascinating history that shows a different form of love between parents and children.

I recommend to everyone who thinks they can not overcome small challenges!

Rotary Youth Exchange, Alaska to Brasil :)

Oi! My name is Devin ,and I`ve been in Brasil for one week through the Rotary Youth Exchange Program! :) It was quite an experience getting here, and just being here.

To get to Brasil I had to fly from my home in Alaska to Seattle, stay the night in Seatlle and then catch a flight the following morning to Atlanta, Georgia. When I arrived in Georgia I didn´t have alot of time so I rushed to my gate to catch my flight to Sao Paulo. I was a little nervous to be going, I had been looking forward to coming to Brasil for a very long time! So, I was also really excited! On my flight to Sao Paulo however, they had to turn the plane around and fly back to Atlanta due to problems with the plane`s communication equipment or something like that. So we turned around where we then immediatly caught a different flight to sao paulo. After that I cuaght a flight in Sao Paulo to Belo Horizonte.
It took along time to get here, but I´ve been here for only a short time and love it!

Everyone is so friendly and inviting even though I speak like next to no portugese (I`m learning though).
Today is my third day at school, and I`m in English class! lol :) All my other classes are in portugese! All the classes are very different as well. In Alaska the students are the ones who walk around to their different classes, here the teachers are the ones who change rooms. So we have the same class room almost all the time. It´s nice because you really get to know your classmates, whereas if we changed rooms you might not be able to.
I also love the food here! I swear I probably havent stopped eating since i got off my flight, but brazilian food is all very good. So far my favorite is Açai!! It`s soo soo good! but not very healthy.
From the food, to having lot of sunshine all the time ,my life in Brasil is very different from my life in Alaska. It`s a good change of pace I think.   Although it`s difficult with the language and is very different, I love everything about this place and know I will have an amazing year here!

Games for girls.

For those that are aganst violent games because they can stimulate violence and bla, bla, bla, mothers don't let their sons play them and bla, bla, bla again. For those thst don't like to playing soccer games, because they are bad losers and can't beat tehir firends or the CPU.

If you don't like any of those games, you are probably a girl.

Girls, each Guitar Hero is a nice game to play if you like rock 'n roll and can coordenate your fingers.

FYI, google exists.

Famous people have problems too

A brazilian actor, Reinaldo Gianechini, that is famous for his plays in soap operas and movies, discovered he has a rare kind of cancer. He asked all fans of his work to support him. Shocking the fact that a young man, that has always looked healthy, is now at the hospital fighting against one of the most terrifing illness. We hope everything go well on his way and looking foward to see him on TV again. That shows that famous people are human too and they have some problems like us.

SAT

SAT - Scholastic Aptitude Test
The SAT is a standardized test designed to measure basic critical reading, math and writing skills. Most colleges and universities request ACT or SAT score results from applicants. Students may usually take their test of choice, but it is best to check with schools of interest before selecting (unless the student plans to take both exams). Standardized tests are an important factor in the admissions process, and students should do their best to show schools that they know their stuff. The SAT is composed of three main sections, each with its own subsections. The three major sections will be graded on a scale of 200-800. The final score will be the sum of all sections, a number between 600 and 2400.
For more informations visit the site:
The SAT is a big aptitude test, as ENEM in Brazil. These tests select the best student of the middles. This is the most important test of the students’ life and it’s who will decide the lives of these.

Holiday Camp

Vacation is arriving and teenagers that won't travel wants something different to do, since stay home is very boring. So, a holiday camp is an exellent alternative.
There are many camps, and different kinds too, but the sure is that teenagers wiil meet new people and will have the oportunity to make new friends.

There are many actividies too, including many sports and games.
For parents it is very good too, because their sons won't be at home playing video games, surfing in the net and eating for almost a month.
So, if you are a parent or a sun, and want something different in this vacation, search for a holiday camp and be happy.

My Vacation

Vacation is coming, and with it, a lot of good thinks to do. This time I'll travel to a country city called Congonhas where all my family came from. There has a lot of activities for all day, and in july, the whole city gets toghether into the  party of Maria Aparecida, the saint of the city.
A lot of people from others cities come to enjoy and have a good time, a lot of girls, it's always good.
And the most remarkable think is that all my family gets togheter on the night and have dinner.
I'm sure that this years won't be diffrerent.

Scholastic Aptitude Test

The Scholastic Aptitude Test better known by most students, parents and teachers as the SAT, is a standardized test taken by college applicants for admitance into the college or university of choice. The Scholastic Aptitude Test is designed to test the skills of a student attempting to enter an institution of higher learning to indicate the student's scholastic readiness for such a place.
Since there are so many differences in funding, curricula, grading systems, etc., the S.A.T. is a way to help colleges and universities get a more generalized idea of a student's ability to succeed at this level. The Scholastic Aptitude Test is widely accepted by many colleges and universities throughout the country.

In Brazil, we have the ENEM (Exame Nacional do Ensino Medio) witch is trying to copy the so congratulated SAT, but ENEM is a newbee, is have a lot of failures, people who don't think that ENEM is good enought to measure ones skills, in my opinion, ENEM is just a baby for shure, but the important is the meaning of it, we have e lot more to learn and maybe, sometime, ENEM will be recognized as the famous SAT
Leonardo

SAT, an eficient method

The SAT Reasoning Test (formerly the Scholastic Aptitude Test or Scholastic Assessment Test) is a standardized testfor college admissions in the United States. The SAT is owned, published, and developed by the College Board, a not-for-profit organization in the United States. It was formerly developed, published, and scored by the Educational Testing Service which still administers the exam. The test is intended to assess a student's readiness for college. It was first introduced in 1901, and its name and scoring have changed several times.
The current SAT Reasoning Test, introduced in 2005, takes three hours and forty-five minutes to finish, and costs $49 ($75 International), excluding late fees. Possible scores range from 600 to 2400, combining test results from three 800-point sections (Mathematics, Critical Reading, and Writing).
Taking the SAT or its competitor, the ACT, is required for many, but not all, universities in the United States.

As you can see, SAT is a type of "ENEM" used in the United States. Actually, Brazil is trying to copy this style, because is a suceed method in the USA and our country wants a better and harder way to students to enter in college.
Everybody knows that USA has the best professionals, so, SAT is an eficient method. Brazil is very right about trying a method like this, and the result we will see in the future, maybe in a near future.

Harry Potter

The Script could say that “together we cry” about the end of the story of the most famous wizard around the world. Yes, it all ends. When I’ve finished reading the books, I cried - I grew up with Harry, Ron and Hermione, and now it just end? – and got this mantra ‘I still have the movies, they didn’t end’.
Now the final movie premiere is in one week . I know what is going to happen with Harry - I really hope that this second part of Deathly Hallows is as loyal to the book as the first - but I can’t wait to watch it.
Well, if you are a Harry Potter fan, I have two ideas for your vacation:
Watch the final movie and go to Disneyland, where you can walk on the streets of Hogsmeade, drink a butterbeer, and go inside Hogwarts physically. Ok, you don’t have money enough, if so, go to the movies, be happy because you have the books and can be in Hogwarts mentally whenever you want; rent the other seven movies or download them and save money to go to Disneyland.
Remember, J.K promised us information she never gave us before on Pottermore, if you don’t know about this website, you’re not a super fan, if you want to, google it.

St. Hilary

Finally our long-waited holidays are coming and today I brought you a hint of a wonderful place.

I went there this last holiday and it is more beautiful than ever; St. Hilary.

St. Hilary is the only district of Pepper, the village has just over 100 inhabitants and is situated on the banks of the lake of Furnas.

Furnas Lake is the largest expanse of water of the State of Minas Gerais and one of the largest artificial lakes in the world, this is calledSea of Minas Gerais”.

Historically, the region retains the memory of the indigenous tribes that lived there, the trails of the pioneers in search of gold, farms and secular rebels of the Quilombo, however, that story sank in February 1963, when the lake level rose by on houses, crops and even cities, changing the place definitely.  It also made that new villages were created, like St. Hilary which has beautiful scenery, as the old bridge of Saint-Hilary, beautiful waterfalls, cozy little bars and a lively and welcoming people.

This is a great option for relaxing, dating, boating in the waterfalls and enjoying the holidays in a quiet place with a wonderful scenery.

Happy holidays to all!

Kisses!

A criterion for admission to American universities - SAT

Hi, today I'll talk to you about a more serious matter, I will talk about the SAT - Scholastic Assessment Test. It is a standardized educational test in the United States applied to students in 2nd grade, which serves as a criterion for admission to American universities (similar to Brazilian vestibular).

The SAT consists of SAT I: Reasoning Test, and SAT II: Subject Test.

The SAT I is a three-hour test, primarily multiple-choice, that measures verbal and mathematical reasoning abilities. The SAT II tests are one-hour, primarily multiple-choice tests in specific subjects. The Subject Tests measure the examinee's knowledge of particular subjects and his/her ability to apply that knowledge.

Many colleges require or recommend one or more of these tests for admission or placement purposes. It is advisable to check the requirements of colleges before deciding which tests to take.

The following Subject Tests can be selected: Writing, Literature, Math Level I, Math Level IC, Math Level IIC, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, American History and Social Studies, World History, French, German, Modern Hebrew, Italian, Latin, Spanish.

There are no oral parts of the SAT.

Before the test, it is recommended to use preparing material containing practical tests which are also available on the web.

The test is applied seven times a year in October, November, December, January, March (or April), May and June. Students from other countries can take them, if interested in joining a university that accepts SAT scores.
Well, I hope I have helped with good information for those interested in taking the SAT.

Kisses.

Games

WAR
A wargame is a strategy game that deals with military operations of various types, real or fictional. Wargaming is the hobby dedicated to the play of such games, which can also be called conflict simulations, or consims for short. When used professionally to study warfare, it is generally known as a military exercise or war game. Note that hobby wargamers have traditionally run the two words together, but the military has generally kept them separate; it is not a hard and fast rule, however. Although there may be disagreements as to whether a particular game qualifies as a wargame or not, a general consensus exists that all such games must explore and illuminate or simulate some feature or aspect of human behaviour directly bearing on the conduct of war, even if the game subject itself does not concern organized violent conflict or warfare.Wargames are generally categorized as historical, hypothetical, fantasy, or science fiction. Historical games by far form the largest group. These games are based upon real events and attempt to represent a reasonable approximation of the actual forces, terrain, and other material factors faced by the actual participants. Hypothetical games are games grounded in historical fact but concern battles or conflicts that did not (or have yet to) actually happen. Fantasy and science fiction wargames either draw their inspiration from works of fiction or provide their own imaginary setting. Highly stylized conflict games such as chess are not generally considered wargames, although they are recognized as being related. Games involving conflict in other arenas than the battlefield, such as business, sports or natural environment are similarly usually excluded.
The modern wargaming hobby has its origins at the beginning of the 20th century, with the invention of miniatures games in which two or more players simulated a battle as a pastime. During the 1950s the first large scale, mass produced board games depicting military conflicts were published. These games were at the height of their popularity during the 1970s, and became quite complex and technical in that time.
Wargaming has changed dramatically over the years, from its roots in miniatures and board wargaming, to contemporary computer and computer assisted wargames; however, both miniature and board wargames maintain a healthy, if small, hobby market with lighter games being popular with many 'non-wargamers'.

It's a great strategy game, and one I hear the rules are complicated, but worth a try!
