Jim Carrey in the role of Carl Allen is  a man who says no to everything, never do anything different and  live the same life every day. Then, because of a friend he decides to participate in a self-help program based on a simple principle: say "yes" to everything and anything. At first he is crazy and it turns his life upside down. But soon he begins to realize infinite possibilities to life better than before.
